During the last 15 months the Gillingham Street Angels food banks have gone from feeding around 400 people per month to now keeping more than 7,000 people from going hungry every month.
Founder Neil Charlick has now been nominated for a Pride of Britain award – but for this nominee, the people he is helping are far more important than any award. Sandy Fleming went to meet him.
